Michelle Smith

Michele Smith serves as the Director of Operations for Coastal Elite Lacrosse, bringing more than 15 years of dedication to the Southern Delaware and Eastern Shore lacrosse community.

A Sussex County native, Michele’s lacrosse journey began by volunteering with her sons’ recreational teams. What started as helping on the sidelines quickly grew into a passion for growing the game, making her an integral part of the regional travel lacrosse community.

As a founding partner in Coastal Lacrosse Academy, Michele helped launch the organization six years ago and has played a vital role in its continued growth and success. Her leadership, organization, and commitment to players and families will now help establish Coastal Elite as one of the region’s premier youth lacrosse programs.

In addition to her role with Coastal Elite, Michele serves as President of the Cape Henlopen Boys Lacrosse Boosters, continuing her commitment to supporting student-athletes and strengthening the local lacrosse community.

Known for her dedication, leadership, and passion for the game, Michele is committed to fostering excellence, building relationships, and creating opportunities for the next generation of lacrosse players.
