At Coastal Elite Lacrosse Club powered by  , we are committed to developing well-rounded young men — both as athletes and as individuals. Our program delivers the region’s top-tier coaching and training, helping players build confidence, sharpen skills, and compete at the highest levels.

Led by Director and Co-Founder Tom Incontrera, Coastal benefits from decades of experience in high school, college, and club coaching. Tom’s deep love for lacrosse and passion for mentoring young athletes fuel our program’s mission: to build strong players and even stronger character.

We hold our players to high standards on and off the field. At Coastal, integrity, accountability, and effort are just as important as goals and ground balls. Whether our athletes continue to play in college or pursue other paths, they leave our program prepared for what comes next — as leaders, teammates, and men of character.

Our rosters feature top talent from across the Eastern Shore, including players from Sts. Peter & Paul, Cape Henlopen, Stephen Decatur, Caesar Rodney, Parkside, Smyrna, James M. Bennett, and more. They are coached by former collegiate athletes who remain dedicated to growing the sport and mentoring the next generation.
